We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

In most things I wear a small, but after reading the reviews, I ordered up to a size medium. I was so disappointed when it arrived because it was snugger than I liked zipped and would never have accommodated the pockets when zipped. After much consulting on the website chat, I decided to go ahead and try a large, even though the sleeves would be extremely long on me. This was the perfect choice. Chloe Glow in large fits comfortably with pockets filled, both zipped and unzipped. I would have rolled the sleeves up anyway so the sleeve length was a nonissue.
I frequently go out urban sketching and plein air sketching, and hoped I could use my jacket instead of a backpack both for comfort and convenience. I’m including photos of her pockets filled with all of the supplies I would need for an outing. You can easily see how this would also apply to travel supplies. Where I have my sketchbook would accommodate an iPad, etc.
Two suggestions for ScotteVest:
I’m petite and slender, but have a large bust. I think the med. might have actually fit if there was a little more bust room.
I was disappointed in having to pay the return shipping instead of having that covered. Since there are no stores to actually try things on, it would be good to have a better exchange plan.
Well done though on your excellent product, online assistance and communication. I ended up very happy with my purchase.

This is a good product. They used quality materials. My only concern was fit. I went by the sizing measurements recommended, but my jacket was snug. I should’ve had extra room by the measurements so I’m a little disappointed with the fit. if I returned and got the next size, I don’t think that the shoulders would fit me. I’m going to keep it and hope to lose a few pounds.
