How To Measure

1. Bust: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keep the tape a little loose.

3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body, at the top of your leg.

4. SCOTTeMASK Measure around your head, across the bridge of your nose.
Return & Exchange Information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in new condition, it has not been washed, worn or altered and the hangtags are still attached. Please refer to this page for more information.
Additional Sizing Information
  • Measurements are key. Please take the time to measure rather than ordering what size you think you are.
  • Real Sizes are for real people. While many brands have switched to Vanity Sizing, we have tried to keep our sizing consistent over the 20+ years we’ve been in business.
  • Marilyn (“M”) Sizes are for our curvier customers. M1 is equal to XXL, M2 is equal to 3XL, M3 is equal to 4XL and M4 is equal to 5XL.

The LightEST Vest for Women is the 2025 update to the lightest weight vest we had ever made, the Featherweight Vest introduced in 2015.  We honored the iconic vest and kept your favorite parts - exceptionally lightweight fabric and secure pockets!

The LightEST Vest is super soft and light as a feather!  The 16 thoughtfully designed and ergonomically placed pockets offer easy access to all your essentials and eliminate the need to carry a purse or bag.  Your valuables will be safe and secure in this stylish vest. 

We know you'll love the built-in RFID pocket which removes bulk and streamlines the fit. The new back pocket has both left and right side access zippers. Hidden in the exterior chest pockets are a cell phone pocket-in-pocket on one side and an eyeglass/sunglass pocket-in-pocket and attached chamois on the other.  And, by popular demand, it comes in purple!

We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.

During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.

Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.

Returns/Exchange Policy Details

Domestic Shipments

We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.


International Shipments

We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).

Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:

  • It is in new condition
  • It has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Hangtags are still attached
  • An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
  • It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

    Great for photography

    After dropping my lens cap in the woods due to multiple items in my pants pocket, it finally convinced me to pull the trigger on a Scottevest. I had toggled through the various vests, trying to select one for small photography items. Finally the weight of the vest and people saying several were hot, pushed me to the LightEST vest. After ordering, I was worried it was too light weight to hold multiple items, and that I had made a mistake with my choice. It arrived and I was very happy with the blue color, and I also immediately knew I had picked the right one. The weight and design were perfect for what I wanted. The fit was better than I had hoped. I had worried it would be boxy, especially since people had said to get a bigger size for stuff in the pockets. The fit is nice and trim. The chest pocket works great for my phone, the zippers are all nice and hidden, everything feels very secure. Now I just need to figure out a strategy for my things in the many pockets. Thanks so much for this great looking vest, I know I will be using it all of the time.

    I absolutely love my LightEST Vest! The fit is perfect, the color is beautiful, and the attention to detail is excellent. I bought it for work so I could comfortably carry my glasses, keys, tissues, license and other small essentials without needing a bag. The pockets are incredibly useful and keep everything organized and right where I need it.

    I live in Florida, so lightweight and comfortable really matters. I wear it over a long-sleeve shirt at work and stay very comfortable. It doesn’t feel heavy or bulky at all.
