With 11 pockets for all your essentials, a flexible waistband that can be worn high or low rise, adjustable ankle ties so you can wear them full length or shorten to Capris, our versatile pants are a wardrobe (and travel) necessity.

We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

These pants are extremely well -made. I ordered an extra-large because that is usually my size. I am 5'1" tall and knew that they would be long on me, but wanted to chance it since the pants have the option of to be shorten should someone want to wear the pants as a capri. With my height, once I shortened the pants, they just became too bulky to work with. Great design for someone not quite a close to the ground as I am.

Love these pants.
Adjustable. Wear as pants, capris or long shorts. Changing the length is very easy - ankles to calves to knees - even while wearing them.
Comfortable. Stretchy waist feels like you're still at home, wearing your favorite PJ's.
Lightweight. Wear in moderately cool, warm & hot weather - incl summer in Florida - even when worn as pants.
Easy to remove stains and wash by hand. Dries overnight in hotel bathroom.
Pocket Perfection. Variety of sizes and places. You prob won't need a bag / purse. (Or, if you do, it'll be a much smaller one.)
Even if you stuff your pockets full, they won't bulge or look weird... and your pants won't sag on one side or fall down, either.
And what you put into your pockets ~stays~ in your pockets!! Stuff doesn't fall out when you use the bathroom, bend over, ride roller-coasters, fold / hang / pack your pants, etc.
Versatile. I bought them to wear on vacation in Florida, over 5 years ago. Ever since, I've been wearing them every where (except during winter).
Long lasting. Despite all the wear, they still look brand new. They're absolutely worth the price.
I'm just back to buy new color(s).
