We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

If every other types of pants would be nuked from the planet and only the Margaux Yogaux would remain, I would still be a very content person.
From early spring to late autumn, this is the pant I wear when commuting by bike. The fabric is sturdy and doesn't show the wear from chafing against the saddle, you see quickly when wearing jeans or a similar fabric.
They are loose enough to be still comfortable with a pair of thick longer underpants or the thicker (Snag)tights with wool when it is getting too cool to wear just the Margaux Yogaux.
While I don't like the feeling of wet fabric on skin, they hold up okay against light (summer) rain because they dry so quickly. Even this spring, when I thought that I did not need to slow down to traverse a flooded underpass, since 'the guy in front of me hasn't any problems, either' and then ended up soaking wet up to my thigh, the pants were dry again, when I had reached my destination.
While I bought these pants for my commute, honestly, I'm wearing it 9 out of 10 times when leaving the house. They are comfortable. They look good. They have reasonable pockets. Furthermore, they don't show much wear and tear very quickly, even when washed at least once a week — since they get sweaty a lot.
Presently, I own three pairs. One pair is even from the time before the Margaux Yogaux was discontinued for about two years. The returned Margaux Yogaux is, as far as I can say, made of the same material, but of a lighter weight.

These pants run large, and the legs are very baggy particularly around the ankles. The fabric drapes well, but is a bit rough and scratchy. I like the pocket in the waistband and the 2 side pockets with zippers. I will be keeping these pants, but had to take them to a tailor to have them shortened a bit.

I will pack them for my upcoming trump to Europe, since I will be in train stations and airports in both Rome and Barcelona - both loaded with pickpockets. I like the fit and wide-leg styling but did not appreciate having to sew a hole in the left pocket closed. The pieces were not lined up when stitches and one piece did not fully get stitched to the other. I sew, and didn’t want to be bothered with an exchange, but had to take a star off.
