We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

I am glad these have returned to stock. The pockets are unique. However, as I measured my previous Margaux Yogaux pants, the current Margaux Yogaux pant pockets are an inch shorter. It is possible that the previous pant pockets have stretched, but my phone (yes the same phone as the past) does not fit as easily in the pockets as in my previous pants. I thought you might like to know that an inch does make a difference.
In submitting this review, I was asked how the size compares with otherpants. I am not sure whether true to size or not. They are longer than I need, but I have short legs. I had them hemmed.

The fabric has an interesting bonded backing that makes it more substantial. I had to shorten the pants a bit and found it kind of difficult to work with, but I like the looks and the way it drapes. The pockets are terrific, especially the zipper ones. Nice and deep. Wide stretchy waist in comfortable. It's nice that it can be adjusted with the cords, but I don't particularly like the bulge in front from tying them. Looks fine with a tuck in shirt, but not so great with one over the tie. A high-waisted version would be nice. And more colors, especially grey and dark burgundy.

The medium is a perfect fit. I'm 5'3", over 60 and 'plump'...as we seem to get at this age...but these are so flattering and comfortable. Headed overseas on a 24 hour travel day. I'll wear these pants paired with a soft merino tee, and walk off my last flight, throw a jaunty scarf around my neck and be completely put together and and ready to tour the great cities of Europe! I'm all about Margaux Yogaux!♥️
