The LightEST Vest for Women is the 2025 update to the lightest weight vest we had ever made, the Featherweight Vest introduced in 2015. We honored the iconic vest and kept your favorite parts - exceptionally lightweight fabric and secure pockets!
The LightEST Vest is super soft and light as a feather! The 16 thoughtfully designed and ergonomically placed pockets offer easy access to all your essentials and eliminate the need to carry a purse or bag. Your valuables will be safe and secure in this stylish vest.
We know you'll love the built-in RFID pocket which removes bulk and streamlines the fit. The new back pocket has both left and right side access zippers. Hidden in the exterior chest pockets are a cell phone pocket-in-pocket on one side and an eyeglass/sunglass pocket-in-pocket and attached chamois on the other. And, by popular demand, it comes in purple!

We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

I now own 3 ScotteVests, and another two I gave for presents. This is my first ever Vest.
I LOVE it!!
My vest is super lightweight & comfortable, I’m also able to keep everything on me, (just like my purse) and know that I haven’t lost anything.
My husband & I tavel a lot.
My story is, I have in the past lost my phone in a (paid for hire) car and was not able to get it back.
Since that time, with my ScotteVests, I haven't lost a thing. My husband is now thinking about buying one.

Just love this vest. This vest is well tailored to fit neatly even when filling the pockets. The material gives it a dressier look. It isn't bulky so it packs well without wrinkling. Pockets help to make sure things don't get accidentally left behind or stolen.

I absolutely loved my women’s SCOTTeVEST! It’s incredibly lightweight yet designed with so many smart, well-placed pockets that it held everything I needed—my passport, Kindle, Kleenex, glasses, and more. I even repurposed the earbud pocket for lip balm, which worked perfectly.
The convenience and comfort of this vest made traveling so much easier, and I was impressed by how organized it kept me without feeling bulky. This style replaces the Featherweight vest, but I think the LightEST vest is a little longer. It’s my fourth ScotteVest and I wear them all the time — even in the house going up and down the stairs. With my phone in a pocket, there’s less chance I’ll drop it or forget where I’ve laid it down. I have this vest in the stone, a great, versatile color. I got a little brown sauce on it and it wiped right off, so this fabric may have some stain resistance. I bought it very loose so I’ll have no trouble closing it with the pockets stuffed (I’m 5’3”, 124 lbs and bought the XL). It also fits over a down jacket or a heavy fleece jacket. I like to keep a silk scarf stuffed in one of the pockets to pull out in case I’m in a chilly place. Highly recommend.
