We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

I was not sure about it until I tried it on.
Then when I actually used it for a trip to Australia I am hooked .
The pockets are very helpful, looks good whether I am walking the streets or out at night. Can layer and wear it over a wide range in temperatures.
I can stuff it in a carry bag if I get too warm then pull it out and it still looks great.

This is a great three-season jacket and I'm very glad I bought it. The fabric is lovely to the touch, the pockets are great, and it is stylish and works in both casual and professional situations. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five are because the belt is flimsier than I would like, the Velcro holding in the hood occasionally peeks out and irritates my neck, and while I bought it true to my measurements, I don't think I could zip it up fully loaded over my thighs. If you are also a pear shape, I would consider sizing up on this model. But those are minor issues. I'm quite pleased with my purchase.

I LIVE in this jacket! If I need it when I'm out, I can stash it in here. I once whipped out a whole container of cookies from the tablet pocket and my friend was like, "Where did you pull that out of??" Magic, that's how.
I got it in gray so stains would show less, and I've only had to wash it a few times. I've used it almost daily for 2.5 years and it still looks great. I love how it even comes with a hood stashed inside, so you don't have to remember to attach it. (And obviously there's enough pocket space to store gloves in case it gets cold!) When I was taking transit regularly, I could stash my transit card in my right sleeve pocket and just tap it on the reader, practically without stopping.
A few notes: It's not as structured as the product photos imply. The fabric is much thinner than a typical trench coat. It's very soft , which makes it comfortable. I took the belt off, since it gets in the way when you actually want to access the inner pockets. More convenient, but the jacket definitely looks more boxy on me now. Also, the belt is made of the same thin fabric as the jacket, and it takes some effort to get it to look neat. The zipper is not a standard zipper - I tried to get a maternity jacket expander, but couldn't find one to fit the Rhonda's zipper. And the jacket is indeed heavier than it looks, because of all the pockets. It's just more material.
