We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

Wore this jacket to an outdoor evening wedding in October in New Jersey and it wasn’t quite warm enough over my light weight dress. I didn’t dress warm enough for the weather so it wasn’t the jacket’s fault. It was very comfortable and the large fit my 5’2” 165lb frame well. I was able to use the pockets to start my party favorite in and keep my hands warm. The hood came in handy too. I love the zippered sleeves at the cuff that hide the hidden pockets. Not sure what to use them for but it was a fun surprise. I also like the inside cuff under the zipper. The addled snaps on the outside pockets are nice and the drawstring on the zippered hood is really nice quality. It’s very stylish and I look forward to using it at home as my rain jacket.

I am 5’4, 135 pounds. I bought the large size because I wanted to use layers with the coat. It fits well. I think the medium would have been too small across my shoulders. Being left handed, it’s a little difficult reaching the more useful pockets on the left side of the coat. Some of the pockets are so small as to not be useful.

The Rhonda jacket is an amazing jacket and so many ways. The fabric is soft yet the exterior is water resistant. So many wonderful pockets to choose from make out to work activities more hands-on. I bought the saddle color Rhonda jacket. The color goes with all my clothes and my activities. This jacket enables me to say yes more often to outdoor adventures.

The jacket is excellent, it looks classy yet practical and the pockets are very convenient. I love the color (saddle) and I am glad I got an XL instead of the L I would normally get, because I think I could wear it comfortably over sweaters. The belt is a bit inconvenient and I wish it didn’t have the metal part attached. I might take it to a tailor and have it removed…
Having said that, I am considering the winter pea coat, as it seems more suitable for colder, wintry weather than the jacket. I have no doubt I will enjoy it just as much, if not more, as ScotteVest did not let me down yet. I am waiting on the coat because right now they only have it in black and I would like to perhaps consider other colors and it’s not winter yet :)
