1. Bust: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keep the tape a little loose.

3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body, at the top of your leg.

4. SCOTTeMASK Measure around your head, across the bridge of your nose.
Return & Exchange Information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in new condition, it has not been washed, worn or altered and the hangtags are still attached. Please refer to this page for more information.
Additional Sizing Information
  • Measurements are key. Please take the time to measure rather than ordering what size you think you are.
  • Real Sizes are for real people. While many brands have switched to Vanity Sizing, we have tried to keep our sizing consistent over the 20+ years we’ve been in business.
  • Marilyn (“M”) Sizes are for our curvier customers. M1 is equal to XXL, M2 is equal to 3XL, M3 is equal to 4XL and M4 is equal to 5XL.

We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.

During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.

Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.

Returns/Exchange Policy Details

Domestic Shipments

We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.


International Shipments

We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).

Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:

  • It is in new condition
  • It has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Hangtags are still attached
  • An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
  • It is returned according to the schedule below

  • Underwear Removed From Packaging (By law, any undergarment must be unused and unopened.)

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

    Excellent vest, with the right amount of bags

    The materials were good quality ones. The fit was as it was advertised. I liked the amount of bags it had (more bags in my case would only create confusion).

    I used it mostly for travel and I felt very comfortable with having my passport and money in the interior pockets. Also when going through a security checkpoint, it was very easy to just close all the bags, remove the vest and put it in the basket for screening. Very good purchase.

    7 pockets are enough.

    I really like how lightweight this vest is. I was hoping that it would be a bit wider at the hips. Zippers on the sides would help.

    I’m glad I got the 7 pocket version otherwise more pockets would make it too bulky to wear if used.

    Just a note, the 101 Vest actually features 9 pockets. That said, we completely understand your point about bulk and how fewer pockets can make it more comfortable to wear.

    Great suggestion on the hip width and side zippers as well, we’ll be sure to pass that along!
