1. Bust: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keep the tape a little loose.

3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body, at the top of your leg.

4. SCOTTeMASK Measure around your head, across the bridge of your nose.
Return & Exchange Information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in new condition, it has not been washed, worn or altered and the hangtags are still attached. Please refer to this page for more information.
Additional Sizing Information
  • Measurements are key. Please take the time to measure rather than ordering what size you think you are.
  • Real Sizes are for real people. While many brands have switched to Vanity Sizing, we have tried to keep our sizing consistent over the 20+ years we’ve been in business.
  • Marilyn (“M”) Sizes are for our curvier customers. M1 is equal to XXL, M2 is equal to 3XL, M3 is equal to 4XL and M4 is equal to 5XL.

We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.

During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.

Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.

Returns/Exchange Policy Details

Domestic Shipments

We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.


International Shipments

We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).

Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

Return / exchange policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:

  • It is in new condition
  • It has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Hangtags are still attached
  • An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
  • It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

    European Christmas market tour

    I cannot recommend a travel vest more! I bought the tricked out version for our 3 week tour of European Christmas market tour and WOW so very helpful. TSA was easy on/off with out trying to empty pants pockets etc. The museums and stores that don't allow backpacks never looked twice at my vest. I felt my passport and money were secure even in the most densely crowded markets.

    I typically wear a size small but the medium is perfect.

    Overall fantastic garment for travel

    The quality of the garment is fantastic and the pockets don't fail to deliver. My only problem with these garments is that they are not well-designed for full-figured women. My best description is that it complains while zippering around my hips. Even though it's a women's garment, it's cut very straight down like for a man. I don't know how other women fit in these ok. I had to get one a bit big in the shoulders to fit my hips.

    Love, love my vest

    First time I bought a large, to small so I bought another one in size M1, perfect size. Keeping the large because I can still wear it open. This is the nicest vest it just amazes me with all the different pockets how well balance the vest is, I do not feel that one side is heavier than the other side. Nice vest!
