If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in new condition, it has not been washed, worn or altered and the hangtags are still attached. We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.

During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.

Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.

Returns/Exchange Policy Details

Domestic Shipments

We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.


International Shipments

We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).

Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

  • An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
  • It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

    Good looking and LOTS O' POCKETS!

    I haven't gone on a trip yet, but I bought it for a trip this winter, and I'm glad I did! It's light, and nice looking, and looks like it'll carry my things securely so I can enjoy the sights without being quite so vigilant about watching out for my stuff. :-)

    Comfort, Capacity, and a Better Fit: My Early Take on the Epic Travel Jacket

    I recently tried the Epic Travel Jacket for Women and, even with limited wear so far, I can already tell it’s a thoughtfully designed piece. While I haven’t had the chance to travel with it yet, I have used it running errands and on casual outings, and my first impressions are very positive—especially if you’re someone who values staying organized and keeping things hands-free.

    As many reviewers suggested, I paid close attention to sizing. My usual size is Large, but I had previously sized up to an XL for the Chloe Hoodie. Even then, I found that once the pockets were filled, it felt a bit snug. With that in mind, I sized up again to an M1 for this jacket—and I’m really glad I did. The looser fit is far more comfortable, especially when the pockets are loaded and you’re carrying extra weight across your shoulders.

    I also appreciate how lightweight and comfortable the jacket feels. The fabric is breathable, soft, and easy to wear for extended periods. Compared to the Chloe Hoodie, the material feels noticeably more flexible and less stiff, which makes a big difference in overall comfort.

    That said, there are a few things to keep in mind. The price is on the higher side, so it’s definitely an investment. And once you start making full use of the pockets, the jacket can feel heavier than expected—although the design does a good job of distributing that weight so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Because I sized up from my usual Large to an M1, I did need to have the sleeves…

    So convenient!!

    This is my first product from scottevest, and I’m blown away!! The quality of the jacket is great, the pockets are easy to reach, and you can fit so much in each pocket!!This jacket is a little heavier than the windbreaker jacket but not too heavy to where it adds a lot of extra weight to the body. Definitely worth the splurge!
