We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

This is my third travel vest, the navy color is perfect as is the back and light blue. The travel pockets are the best for air travel and sight seeing. Your items are secured on your body in your vest. The light weight nature of the vest allows one to layer for different temperatures. I highly recommend having one for travel as well as using it at home to eliminate caring a purse.

Over the past decade, I have purchased at least 10 vests. With each order, the quality improves. One of the biggest pluses is having all your important items on my body - wallet, keys, etc… - and not having to worry about thief or leaving a purse or bag somewhere. I think of my growing collection of Scottevest vests as my collection of security blankets. My only suggestion: More colors please.

This is a sturdy, sleek vest, and less "boxy" than it looks on the model -- which was my concern when ordering. It is very heavy, and as others have pointed out, would be too warm to wear in warm weather, but a good layering option in cool weather. I bought it mainly for flights, hoping to reduce my baggage weight now that some airlines are focusing on weight as well as size for carry-on (I'm a carry-on only traveller, even for month-long trips.) I haven't loaded up the vest yet, but will check in again once I have.
I was a bit worried about sizing, as I am a petite 5'1" and 115 lbs, but I don't like tight outerwear. The sizing chart suggested a medium, and that turned out to be perfect.
