2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keep the tape a little loose.

3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body, at the top of your leg.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in new condition, it has not been washed, worn or altered and the hangtags are still attached. We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.

During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.

Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.

Returns/Exchange Policy Details

Domestic Shipments

We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.


International Shipments

We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).

Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:

  • It is in new condition
  • It has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Hangtags are still attached
  • An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
  • It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

    Wonderful vest

    I am impressed with all of the pockets and the fit. I look forward to using it on our European trip next month. I would like to get one for my hubby, but I don’t think he’d wear it. Maybe a rain jacket

    When you can't carry a bag...

    We regularly attend hockey games in the US, and at most modern venues here, you can't take a bag in with you which will actually hold anything. 4"x6" doesn't even hold my phone, so why would I bother? I've made do with cargo pants for years -- because you ladies all know how useless women's jean pockets are -- but I really wanted something which would keep my necessities more secure. I've dropped things in the arena out of shallow and loose pockets before!

    This seems more than capable of taking on all my 'stuff' and then some -- and I'll be happy to have another layer I can put under a hockey jersey. This will also be so excellent for plane trips to be able to one- or one-point-five bag it by not having to lug around a purse. My laptop is non-negotiable on trips, so this will be such a boon to carry all the 'other stuff' I want on me during the plane ride. I really like the side zips so I don't feel weird sitting down (and hey, if you guys want to add those to more vest models, I'm definitely interested in that). I admit, I'm kind of psyched about this for hockey games most of all. No more forgetting a lip balm or the glasses I'm still having trouble admitting I need to see the puck. No more delicately crumpling the freebie we got at the door under the seat, subject to the ravages of someone else's spilled beverage. No more worries about dropping a phone on a bathroom floor.

    I pick the purple vest on my trip to northern New York area

    I love the vest. I was able to carry a water bottle, charger for my phone, my little box with medication, love the internal vest to carry my wallet, the side pockets in the inside and outside left side amazingly comfortable to place my cell phone and transportation tickets while in New York city.

    I wish the outer pockets were 2 inches deeper so my water bottle does not stick out too much.

    I order Large size because I am cold all the time and like to wear some sweater under the vest just in case.

    I am 10 pound overweight. Medium size if I do not wear extra sweater will be fine a little just a bit tight.

    When it gets colder I wear the ScotteVest that I purchased last year.
