SCOTTeVEST accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original purchase date. All items must be unworn and unwashed with hangtags still attached.
The Travel Boxers must be unused and unopened.
All SALE ITEMS are subject to specific Sale Return policies outlined on the sale page or the product page for that item. Sale items are returnable or exchangeable unless otherwise noted in the sale documentation. For example, there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for items purchased with any "all sales final" promo codes, or for items from the Outlet.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to shipping your package back to us. To obtain an RMA # for your return or exchange please fill out the necessary form provided below.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns and exchanges CANNOT be accepted without an RMA #. If you send a Return without an RMA # the package will be automatically rejected. After this form is completed the RMA # will be issued to you in a separate email. This form DOES NOT give you the RMA #. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive this email with RMA # included.
Returns and Exchanges should be sent with the RMA number written on the outside of the package and/or on original package invoice inside the box and sales receipt to:

Please note that exchanges will be sent out after receiving the item from your original order. Additional charges for shipping will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase, as will any price differentials for the new item. For returns, we issue a refund for the sales amount less shipping & handling costs.
SCOTTeVEST guarantees all merchandise (excluding accessories) to be free from defects within 2 years of date of purchase.
