We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

Overall the fit of the jacket doesn’t suit me. It is cut high at the back of the neck and pushes my head forward. I put in the pockets my phone, small wallet, sunglasses, heavy set of keys and lip products, items that I carry with me everyday in a waist pack. With those few items, the vest felt heavy and pulled on my shoulders and neck. I felt like I was slouching and was constantly adjusting the vest back away from my neck. It was not comfortable. The vest feels light, but the material doesn’t really breath so it’s hot in hot weather. I may wear it when it’s cool. I bought it for a trip to Europe this past summer but did not bring it because of the aforementioned issues. By the time I got back, it was too late to return. Too bad because it’s expensive.

We were so excited to receive our vests. We did buy them a size larger than our normal size to pack the pockets. The large on my frame( 5’4”,118 lb) is a little over whelming, especially in the arm hole area, so keep that in mind. We love the pocket system. I just discovered a new pocket in the upper part of the vest. We will definitely need a system to remember what pocket we use for each of the items we travel with.
A friend recently had his wallet stolen from a front pocket while boarding a train in Europe. We have never had an issue while traveling, but love the peace of mind these vest give us.
