We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.
Returns/Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
Domestic Shipments
We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.
International Shipments
We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange provided:
- It is in new condition
- It has not been washed, worn or altered
- Hangtags are still attached
- An RMA number is included with the merchandise (Click here to obtain RMA number)
- It is returned according to the schedule below

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

I bought this vest for an African Safari. We have not left for the trip yet. But I can tell that this will be perfect. I'm so impressed, It looks great on and I can see that I will want to use this vest for all of my travel. It will be so easy to go through the airport with this vest and possibly a small bag instead of dealing with a backpack. This is going to really make traveling simpler. Pockets galore and well thought out. I really like the idea of having my Ipad in my vest so I can board a plane and it is easily accessible.

It's truly a huge benefit for me and accommodates everything I would usually carry in purse or fannypack. My husband is having difficulty walking and this vest frees my mind and arms to care for him without worrying about a purse. It also is great for walking/ hiking without fanny or back pack. I just wish it was made in USA instead of China.

I am waiting for a smaller size ,
But this is just what I needed for travel , especially international.
It has secure inside pockets ,and many outside
pockets . I have been looking for a few months

I purchased this vest before my last trip. My purpose was to avoid using a purse as well as protecting my money and passport. I normally wear a medium but according to their size chart I needed a large. I had previously asked the company if they had petite sizes which they did not, so I felt the feather weight was shorter for my size. The large left plenty of space to hold items I would have carried in my purse. Very liberating. The vest worked perfectly and I have already convinced two traveler friends to purchase a vest also. Sorry to see this one is sold out and am hoping they will restock soon. Very happy with this product.

Ordered a large thinking I needed to allow for items in pocket. Now realize that to use pockets, will need an XL but your inventory is sold out with no hopes of restocking before we leave. Will return.
