How To Measure

1. Neck: Measure around your neck at the bottom of your Adam’s Apple. Add ½” to the measurement for comfort.

2. Chest: Measure just under your arms and across your shoulder blades at the fullest part of the chest, with the tape level.

3. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, holding the tape level.  

4. Inseam: Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Lay them flat and measure the inseam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

5. SCOTTeMASK: Measure around your head, across the bridge of your nose.

Return & Exchange Information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order provided it is in new condition, it has not been washed, worn or altered and the hangtags are still attached. Please refer to this page for more information.
Additional Top Sizing Information
  • Tall Sizes are 2 inches (5 centimeters) longer in the body and 1 inch (2.5 centimeters) longer in the sleeves.
  • Sport Coat Sizes are based on your chest measurement in inches. Long sizes will be 2 inches longer in the body length and 1 inch longer in the sleeve length.
Additional Pant Sizing Information
  • Pants are mostly sized waist/inseam in inches, so a size 34/30 is a 34” waist and 30” inseam.
  • Shorts are sized by waist in inches, so a size 34 is a 34” waist.
  • Joggers (and Pajama Pants) use Small-XXL waist sizes with the inseam in inches. For example, size L30 is a waist size Large and a 30” inseam.

We process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11am Mountain Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am Mountain Time will ship the following business day.

During the holidays, expect 1-3 day delays for ground shipping. We will do our best to ship orders with expedited shipping on our usual schedule.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.

Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.

Returns/Exchange Policy Details

Domestic Shipments

We ship orders via UPS. Ground shipping is free for orders over $200 and $8 for orders under $200. We offer UPS expedited shipping with our discounted real time rates to your address. UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for some addresses at an additional cost. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team.


International Shipments

We ship international orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. Click the flag icon for detailed information about shipping to your country. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine shipping and related costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).

Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

For returns, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item(s) to our warehouse. For exchanges, you are responsible for paying the shipping to get the original garment sent to our warehouse and we will pay the ground shipping cost to send the exchange to you for domestic orders. For international orders, you will be responsible for the return shipping on your exchange as well as the shipment cost for the exchanged item.

    The vest is well-made fits well and has plenty of pockets, especially the RFID pocket which is a great idea for House a year old and roll documents like passport and real ID drivers license.

    Ultimate In Travel Vests

    I recently purchased a black Best Travel Vest for Men after finding that RFID Travel Vest was being discontinued, and a medium black vest was unavailable. Since I had previously purchased an RFID style vest in olive, a lightweight blue Tropiformer jacket that converts to a vest by removing the sleeves, and one of the first Revolution heavy duty jackets in black and all were fantastic, I decided to buy the new Best Travel Vest for Men. I am really glad I did. This black vest looks sharp with almost any color of shirt or pants. The pockets look almost concealed by the black color, and the hidden zippers help set this product apart. The variety of hidden pockets both inside of the vest and outside are outstanding. If this is a person’s first decision to buy a product from ScotteVest, even though you might be concerned about the price, I can only tell you that once you purchase one of their products, you will become a repeat customer for life. My wife and I have used them to travel both internationally and domestically, and going through security has been a breeze. But more than that, we enjoy using them in everyday situations, like walking in our neighborhood or at a nearby beach.

    Happy with the Upgrade

    I was given Scott vest three years ago in XXLT size and it was great and I used it all the time, but I didn't like the way that it hung below my jacket. My new vest is XXL and it fits great and the size works really well when I wanna wear it under a large fleece coat although it also works great as a windbreaker on the outside as well. All the pockets are as advertised and I appreciate the little design and style improvements on my first vest. Hand warming pocket little zippers on the hip for more spread when the pocket are full etc.
