For ground shipping, most orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). For some delivery areas, customers may be offered UPS (United Parcel Service). If you prefer UPS, we can do so by special request. Please contact our Customer Service Team.

International Shipments
We ship internationally to most countries via The US Postal Service and UPS. International shipping costs are determined by the shipper and are based on the shipping address and weight of the package. For US Postal Service (USPS) shipments, the shipment will be transferred to your local postal service when it reaches your country. To determine if we ship to your country and/or the shipping costs before placing an order, enter the products you wish to order in your cart and begin the checkout process. We ship to countries listed in the Country drop-down menu on the Address Page. Shipping options and costs are displayed on the Shipping and Payment Options page (you do not need to complete the order to see this information).
Please note: International shipping costs do NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. You will need to pay any duties/taxes upon delivery. You can contact your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. SCOTTeVEST will not refund costs for items purchased or shipping charges if a customer refuses to pay these fees.

We offer a 30 day return/exchange general return policy. All returns must be unwashed/unaltered and in new condition with tags still attached.
The SCOTTeMASK, Outlet items, Final Sale items, Gift Boxes and Underwear removed from packaging cannot be returned. If your cart contains any All Sales Final items, you will be notified in checkout prior to completing your order.
