Our Special Guarantee, Returns & Exchanges for Travel Boxers

Our returns and exchange policy for our Travel Boxers is different from our policy for all other items due to a) the law, and b) the thought of "recycled" underwear is pretty gross. Here it is:

Return Policy: All boxers must be in the condition you received them: UNUSED & UNOPENED. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. First, please report any damaged or missing merchandise by e-mail to sales@scottevest.com. Please note that due to the intimate nature of underwear we cannot accept worn garments for return or exchanges, or open packages.

All items must be in sealed packages as any item or package that has been worn or opened cannot, by law, be accepted. We REALLY encourage you to look at our Sizing Chart (link is on the product page) to determine your correct size, especially if you are taking advantage of our 3-pack discount. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to shipping your package back to us. To obtain an RMA # for your return/exchange, please email sales@scottevest.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns/exchanges CANNOT be accepted without an RMA #. If you send a Return without an RMA # the package will be automatically rejected. This is a requirement, not a matter of policy, so please get your RMA # first by e-mailing us at sales@scottevest.com.

Returns and Exchanges should be sent (with the RMA written on the outside of the package) and original sales receipt to:

Please note that exchanges will be sent out after receiving the item from your original order. Additional charges for shipping will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase, as will any price differentials for the new item. For returns, we issue a refund for the sales amount less shipping & handling costs.
