If the revolt (or maybe just your leisurely stroll along the river in Minsk) has you a little hot under the collar, it's easy to adjust for temperature fluctuations: just remove the hood and sleeves and pop them in a pocket! Congratulations, your jacket is now a vest. The hood comes off, too, for added temperature control.
