Chest: Measure just under the arms and across shoulder blades, with tape level. |

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, holding tape level |

Sleeve Length: With arm slightly bent at the elbow, measure from the center back at neck, to shoulder point, down the outside of arm to wrist. |
