As some of you are aware, SCOTT USA has filed a complaint
as they feel that our logo and font are too similar to
theirs, thereby confusing customers. Click
here to read about the lawsuit. We don’t believe
that there has been any confusion — no one has ever
asked us to include some ski goggles or poles with their
order :-) Nonetheless, we agreed to redesign the logo
in an attempt to avoid litigation.
Ready to participate? Here's how!
1. Read the Official Contest Rules
and Guidelines.
2. Artwork must be saved as a high-resolution, print-quality
.eps, .ai, or .tif formatted file.
3. Email your submissions to logo@scottevest.com.
Include the artwork as an attachment, along with your
contact information. Submission of any materials shall
constitute your complete agreement to the Official Rules
of the SCOTTeVEST’s “New Logo Contest"
as outlined in the Official Contest
Rules and Guidelines.
