We entered into a wrtten agreement with Joe Sheridan of Sher-Co. to assist our company in getting sales reps.  Joe Sheridan unconditionally guaranteed his services in writing and promised to return the fee if he is unable to found a rep within 45 days or if the rep does not produce.  Joe Sheridan did not honor his wrtten agreement as confirmed in various emails.   He took the money without securing a rep and refused to return the money, even after promising in writing to do so.  Before entering into any agreements with Joe Sheridan of Sher-co, you should contact me at scott@scottevest.com or call 208-727-6700.  In sum, Sheridan took samples (worth ~$800) without providing any evidence of sending any samples to potential reps, and he was unable to describe our unique business model to reps.  He is all talk and little action.
