Special Notes for International Customers

Welcome international customers and SeV fans!

We welcome your business and really appreciate your interest in our products. As a travel clothing company, we know how well our products work in many environments around the world, and it is our mission to spread the word about our company everywhere across the globe. Here are some ways in which we make shopping easier for you:


Shipping - We ship via USPS for the lowest rates and duties/tariffs. While we have no control over what your government charges for duties, we have discovered the shipping via USPS gives you the lowest rates and allows you to track your packages while in transit. UPS shipping is also available for your convenience, and you may choose either option at your discretion.

SeV ships outside the US via USPS Priority and USPS Express. Shipping costs are charged based upon location and weight of the ordered items, and rates come directly from USPS. UPS shipping is also available for many global locations.
Please refer to the information available during checkout for estimated costs.


If for any reason the shipping charges will be different from what appears during checkout, you will be contacted via email for approval prior to shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling total presented in the chart above and at checkout does NOT include duties, tariffs or related brokerage fees. Customers are responsible for these additional charges upon delivery. These can sometimes be close to $100, depending on the country. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges. SeV will not offer refunds on items purchased or shipping and handling charges if you refuse to pay duties, tariffs, or other fees. Most products are made in China and South Korea and are thus not eligible under NAFTA.

We process orders within 24-48 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. In most cases, orders received by 1 pm Eastern Time on a weekday will be processed the same day.

Shipping times will vary depending on the USPS or UPS method you have selected combined with how long the package takes to clear customs. You will receive an email from either Stamps.com/USPS or UPS with your tracking number once the order has shipped.


Clear Sizing Charts - On every product page is a link to the Sizing Chart for that item, along with directions for how to measure yourself to ensure a perfect fit. Whether you measure in imperial units or metric, this chart helps to minimize the need for returns for size.


Temperature Charts - On every jacket and hoodie product page there is a link to the temperature chart, "How warm is this SeV?" This chart shows how warm this item is compared to other SeV items so that you can be confident that your purchase will suit your needs.


Easy to Find Information - Our Customer Service Page has answers to most of the common questions about SeV, and contact info if you have additional questions. We are also on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks, so you can ask a question there and receive advice and help from the SeV Community. Every product page has multiple photos and reviews from customers so you can collect as much information about our products as possible before choosing a product.


Return Policy - We make returns simple, just in case there is an issue. As with our domestic customers, all items must be in the condition you received them with all hangtags attached and items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to shipping your package back to us. To obtain an RMA # for your return/exchange, please email sales@scottevest.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns/exchanges CANNOT be accepted without an RMA #. If you send a Return without an RMA # the package will be automatically rejected. This is a requirement, not a matter of policy, so please get your RMA # first by e-mailing us at sales@scottevest.com.

Please note that exchanges will be sent out after receiving the item from your original order. Additional charges for shipping will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase, as will any price differentials for the new item. For returns, we issue a refund for the sales amount less shipping & handling costs.
